Objective: As per Memorandum of Agreement between Ramakrishna Mission, Fiji and Ministry of Health and Medical Services, Fiji, to support community Health/Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases (NCD) services within the Nadi District and data provided to Sub Divisional Medical Officer, Nadi. This project was scoped to provide services to the whole Western Division.
